About FIOC

FIOC was founded by Vannessa and Manfred Slaughter in 1997. FIOC is uniquely  situated in the beautiful Berkshires, FIOC programming reflects the scope of identities that make up our community, our city, and our world, so that anyone who comes to our programs might see themselves reflected in all our programs regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexuality, socio-economic background, physical or mental ability.
